Start the day with a good cup of coffee or tea, our hearty breakfast buffet – for late-risers, too – with a wide assortment of freshly squeezed juices and vegetables. On alternate days, show cuisine, champagne and salmon breakfast, country breakfast, fruit dishes – which you can take on the terrace, in the summertime.
Lunch Menu: Depending upon your preferences, you can try our Italian appetizers and special pasta dishes – or perhaps you would like something heartier?
In the Evening, an Assortment of Appetizing Dishes…
You can choose from two delicious five-course dinners and a light "vital" evening meal – or combine individual dishes to create your own personal gourmet meal. We think that you'll enjoy the theme-based buffets which our chefs occasionally create: Hearty specialties from the South Tyrolean countryside as well as "Serata italiana," with light Italian dishes.
And our outdoor barbeques are popular not only with our long-time guests.
