With its more than 200 km of hiking trails, the community of Schenna/Scena is a hiker's paradise. And then there's the area around Meran/Merano 2000 and Hafling/Avelengo, with another 300 km of well-posted hiking trails at every elevation. Five cableways and two chair lifts ensure an easy ascent.
From easy walkways, casual strolls, outings to the high-altitude meadows and Alpine huts, to challenging Alpine mountaineering tours and marches to the summit – there's something for everybody.
There are guided hiking tours three times a week (included), starting from the Hotel Grafenstein or the neighboring Hotel Gutenberg!
