A reservation becomes binding once written confirmation has been provided by both parties. In the event of cancellation the following conditions apply:
- Up to 15 days before arrival cancellation is free of charge.
- During the period of New Year's Eve (26.12 to 06.01), free cancellation applies up to 30 days before arrival.
- From 14 days before arrival until the day of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- In the event of a no show, the full amount will be charged.
- In the case of early departure, we reserve the right to charge up to three nights as an empty-bed fee.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Your benefits with the trip cancellation protection “Reise-Storno-Schutz Hotelstorno Plus” from European travel insurance (Europäische Reiseversicherung):
- Cancellation fee for non-commencement of travel (no self-deduction)
- Reimbursement of unused package components in the event of trip interruption
- Reimbursement of necessary accommodation and catering costs in the event of delayed arrival (up to €600.00)
- Reimbursement of additional accommodation and catering costs in the event of involuntary holiday extension (up to €2,000.00)
- Search and rescue costs in the event of an accident, mountain or lake emergency (including helicopter rescue, up to €7,500.00)
- Rebooking to another travel date including insurance cover
- Suspension of the policy when rebooking without a new travel date (with corresponding notification to the insurance provider)
