Four-legged friends are welcome: we are your hotel for a relaxing holiday with your dog in Schenna. We charge €22.00 per day (excluding food) for your canine companion.

Our prices and details

Early-booking discounts and last-minute advantages: with our dynamic pricing system, you always enjoy the best available price for your dream holiday at our small hotel in Schenna.

Prices are per person and night including three-quarter board. The local tourist tax of €3.80 per person and night is not included in the total price and is charged separately on site.

  • From the end of April to early November, on Sundays we offer overnight stays with breakfast instead of three-quarter board (reduction of €22.00 per person). When booking bed and breakfast only, or if you wish to dine out in the evening, we kindly ask for early notification (reduction of €16.00 per person).
  • Guests in an extra bed receive a 25% discount.
  • For shorter stays of fewer than three nights, a surcharge of 10% on the overnight rate applies.
  • Single occupancy rooms are available on request and at an additional charge.
  • When booking a room with a south or south-west facing balcony, an underground garage space is included. When booking another room category, an underground garage space can be reserved for €9.00 per day. These rooms include a parking space.
  • Payment options: VISA, Mastercard, EC card, cash payments up to €5,000, CHF at the current daily exchange rate.

In the event of typing or printing errors in the booking confirmation, the prices according to the current price list apply.
Previous price lists lose their validity upon publication of a new one. Price changes due to legal or tax regulations are reserved.

A reservation becomes binding once written confirmation has been provided by both parties. In the event of cancellation the following conditions apply:

  • Up to 15 days before arrival cancellation is free of charge.
  • During the period of New Year's Eve (26.12 to 06.01), free cancellation applies up to 30 days before arrival.
  • From 14 days before arrival until the day of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
  • In the event of a no show, the full amount will be charged.
  • In the case of early departure, we reserve the right to charge up to three nights as an empty-bed fee.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Your benefits with the trip cancellation protection “Reise-Storno-Schutz Hotelstorno Plus” from European travel insurance (Europäische Reiseversicherung):

  • Cancellation fee for non-commencement of travel (no self-deduction)
  • Reimbursement of unused package components in the event of trip interruption
  • Reimbursement of necessary accommodation and catering costs in the event of delayed arrival (up to €600.00)
  • Reimbursement of additional accommodation and catering costs in the event of involuntary holiday extension (up to €2,000.00)
  • Search and rescue costs in the event of an accident, mountain or lake emergency (including helicopter rescue, up to €7,500.00)
  • Rebooking to another travel date including insurance cover

The room rate at the adults-only Hotel Grafenstein includes full board (breakfast, afternoon and evening buffet or choice of menu) as well as free use of the entire wellness area with pool and sauna complex. At the Adults Only Hotel Grafenstein, cancellations are normally free of charge up to 15 days before arrival (up to 30 days for the New Year period). After that, 50% of the total price will be charged, and in case of no-show, 100% of the total price will be charged. For the New Year period (December 26th to January 6th), free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival. To protect yourself against unexpected costs, we recommend taking out our travel cancellation insurance.
No, a deposit is not required at the Adults Only Hotel Grafenstein. However, during certain travel periods, we request your credit card details as a security deposit to guarantee your booking.

The Adults Only Hotel Grafenstein accepts cash payments up to €4,999.99 and payments by debit card (Maestro). You can also conveniently settle your hotel bill with Visa and Mastercard credit cards. American Express payments are not accepted.

No, there is no general minimum stay at the Adults Only Hotel Grafenstein. You can plan your stay flexibly according to your wishes. The only exception is during the New Year period, for which a fixed minimum stay is in place.
Yes, well-behaved and clean dogs are very welcome at the Adults Only Hotel Grafenstein. To protect the property and out of consideration for other guests, your dog is not allowed on the beds and sofas, in the dining and wellness areas, or on the lawn. The daily rate for your dog's stay is €22.00, excluding food.
Yes, the adults-only Hotel Grafenstein offers a laundry and ironing service for an additional fee. Your clothes will be professionally washed and ironed upon request. Please note that this service is not guaranteed for delicate fabrics.
Vouchers for the Adults Only Hotel Grafenstein can only be redeemed by direct bookers and before the voucher's official expiry date. Please present your voucher upon arrival at the latest. The corresponding voucher value will then be deducted directly from your hotel bill upon departure. Cash payment is not possible.
