As part of our pampering board we treat you through the day with culinary delights at our wellness hotel in South Tyrol from the morning coffee to the final course. In summer, enjoy gourmet moments in our air-conditioned dining room or on our sun-kissed terrace with magnificent panoramic views over the Merano region.

Breakfast delights to lift the heart

A good morning unfolds as you help yourself to our generous breakfast buffet at our hotel with three-quarter board. We pamper all late risers with culinary treats until 11:00 am: fresh, varied and prepared with love.

Alongside freshly brewed coffee and hot tea, a glass of sparkling wine gently fizzes on your beautifully set breakfast table as you choose from a wide selection: vitamin-rich fresh juices and vegetable corner, homemade jams, a hearty farmhouse breakfast with a varied bread selection, fresh fruit, sweet treats and freshly prepared egg dishes from our show kitchen.

An indulgent afternoon break

A small celebration of taste awaits you from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm at our afternoon buffet. We invite you to enjoy a delightful break at your wellness hotel with three-quarter board in South Tyrol: irresistible cakes from our patisserie and savoury specialities, carefully and variedly prepared for you. In addition to the afternoon indulgence, you will find our Vitality bar by the heated indoor pool, offering fresh fruit and water as well as a selection of teas and juices.

An evening to delight the senses

In the evening, our gourmet kitchen spoils you with a 5-course dinner menu including salad and antipasti buffet - the crowning finale of our three-quarter board. From various menus, you combine South Tyrolean classics and light delights: from the culinary opening of the starter, through flavourful soups or juices, to a delicate main course and a sweet dessert finale. A buffet with selected cheeses, fresh fruit and creamy ice cream is available daily.

Once a week, we invite you to a very special evening: our elegant gala dinner by candlelight.

With each season, the interplay of flavours changes. Our chefs compose creative theme buffets and seasonal surprises from this inspiration. Look forward to traditional South Tyrolean farmhouse specialities, a “Serata italiana” with light Italian dishes full of southern joie de vivre, or our "Viennese dream" with exquisite sweet temptations from our in-house patisserie.

In spring, South Tyrolean asparagus appears in many creative variations, while in summer, weather permitting, our popular barbecue evening invites you to enjoy al fresco moments together. Experience tradition at its purest during the autumn Törggele afternoons at your hotel with three-quarter board in Schenna: roasted chestnuts, the new wine, typical South Tyrolean specialities and a variety of strudels and sweet Krapfen delights will make your mouth water.

To mark the turn of the year, our wellness hotel in Südtirol shines with a truly spectacular Grafenstein New Year’s Eve celebration. After a festive welcome with refined hors d'oeuvres hosted by Sieglinde and Lorenz Hofer together with the Grafenstein indulgence team, a 7-course gala dinner awaits you - gourmet pleasure at the highest level. Flickering candlelight, accompanied by classical music, creates a magical atmosphere for a contemplative close to the year.
To round off the night, a strengthening delightful midnight buffet awaits you.

You can also look forward to a New Year’s programme from 26 December to 6 January: from soothing sounds by the Schenna brass band and a dumpling-cooking course with hostess Sieglinde to a Kaiserschmarrn party at the show buffet.

We would like all our guests to enjoy the full flavour experience they desire for relaxed and carefree holiday days. If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know before arrival or at the latest at check-in, so our kitchen team can prepare accordingly. On request, we are happy to prepare lactose-free, gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan menus for you.

From the beginning of November throughout the winter, our kitchen is open for you every day. From the end of April to the beginning of November, on Sundays we offer overnight stays with a generous breakfast buffet instead of our three-quarter board. A reduction of €22.00 per person will be applied.
